had dinner with my grandma, just the 2 of us. a lil weird...we were commenting bout the food throughout the whole meal. guess there was nothing more to talk bout...
Monday
i got to drive to college!! me parents are in china till sunday so i've got the car for the whole week...woohoo! u have no idea how liberating it is to be able to drive...don't have to wait for hours till someone comes to get u, spending tons of credit on calls to remind someone that you're still in college transportless...it's a privilege to have a car...i want one...
had my writing class midterms which i totally forgot about over the weekend. if it weren't for my friend's wake up msg, i wouldn't have remembered! it was terrible!! i sped all the way to coll in hopes of getting a synopsis of the story i was supposed to read off my friends. got to class 5 mins early (which is alot earlier than my usual 15 mins late) and managed to do some reading before the lecturer came in. turns out i didn't really have to read the story coz we could refer to it during the test and it only contributed to 10% of the total marks. besides, the test wasn't all based on the story. there were a whole bunch of 'correct the writing technique' questions...anyway, we were given soooo much time that i could actually read the whole 10 page long story during the test. think it went averagely well...
i got road bullied!! blady motors...i was driving back from coll, u know, the long stretch of highway after the cheras toll all the way to midvalley. i was doing 120 when this motor dude came up from behind me speeding like an ass, he started to keep with my speed. bear in mind that he was now right beside my car, blady near. i sped up to overtake him coz there was a car coming up behind me obviously wanting me to get out of the way but as i sped up, this biker sped up too. i reached 150 and he was still beside me...i couldn't go anywhere coz of the stupid tionger behind. in the end i had to slow down coz there were cars in front converging lanes to get into the federal highway. i was braking like mad, the guy behind me was braking like mad and the motor dude took one last look into my car before zooming off...

missed my last writing class of the semester coz i slept through my alarm...heh heh...
had a surprisingly good dinner with my bro...i eat in vietnam kitchen often enough but today, the food tasted better and...i dunno la...i left the place with a i'm-so-satisfied smile.
Wednesday
supposed to pick wen yan up at 1 for lunch but when i called him, he just woke up. get this, i woke up at 12, got ready by 1230 and had to wait for him. this is ai leen, princessleen actually waiting for someone! anyway, my grandma had gotten a lot more talkative since that dinner we had on monday...talkative a.k.a annoying and prying. partial deafness would contribute to my annoyance at having to repeat everything i said in very bad cantonese too early in the morn. i had to get out of the house! sat in the car for awhile, called wen yan to find him just waking up. decided to go projet early to get some coffee and look for this funky car fragrance thingy. achievement of the day : me having breakfast alone

early in the a.m, i realised i've downloaded almost every interesting comedy/drama/cartoon/reality tv show that would appeal to me. and then i came across daria. remember daria? it's an mtv production they used to show years & years ago. it's about a teenage girl who's too plain to be popular and likes to go against the norm just to piss off ppl. she has a very attractive thus popular sister and very rich thus too-busy-to-be-around parents who try their best to bring up good popular kids. it kinda reminds me of 10 things i hate about u...just that cartoon.
word of the day : it takes alot of energy to pretend to be normal

haha which F1 race was that? the last one of the season? i think i was watching it too. was flipping through the channels at about 2am in the morning and suddenly saw it on the sports channel. i was like "YES!F1!". =P hehe.

haha almost every interesting shows, eh? i can recommend some good series that i'm watching here in canada. i'm watching "numbers" now. it's really good. it's like the FBI is solving cases and gets help from a maths genius who helps them solve the cases with maths and probability. really good if you're into that. oh, there's also "invasion". it's an alien-type show. hmm...what else. "nip/tuck" and "criminal minds" are not bad too. hehe =P
yea...i saw the china race. it was nice coz i had 2 BIG f1 fans wit me explaining stuff i didn't understand. hehe! u watch f1 wan meh?? hrmm...i didn't know that..
ooh! i saw nip/tuck season 1. niceee...was thinking of d/ling numbers too but wait la. i'm not too into alien-type shows...i heard 'taken' is good but i saw 15 mins of an episode and already got irritated by dakota fanning. does anyone other than me find her irritating?

taken? dakota fanning was in 'taken' meh? didn't know that =P. hehe well, i found her quite irritating in 'war of the worlds' when she kept screaming and screaming. a little too much screaming for my liking.
